Maribeth is committed to upgrading the client-lawyer relationship. She invests time upfront with clients and emphasizes clear and frequent communication throughout her representation.

Kathryn helped found and launch Annaguey McCann to shift the profession toward delivering more value to clients through closer, collaborative and responsive representation. Her litigation practice includes a range of business disputes, from fraud, contract and partnership disputes to real estate litigation and defense of consumer class actions. Kathryn is known for her impact as an assertive and principled litigator whose focus on fleshing out the facts and crafting compelling arguments lead to favorable and pragmatic outcomes.
