As a commercial litigator, Kathryn applies her experience in large, complex civil litigation, including class actions involving financial fraud and corporate torts, to represent companies and municipalities of all sizes. Clients benefit from her in-depth case management skills and strategic litigation roadmaps that prioritize clients’ business goals and budgets.
